Terms of Service
These terms describe how Remi can be used, what you are responsible for, and how connected AI operations work.
Updated May 8, 2026 · Effective May 8, 2026
1. Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Remi, including the Remi web application, Slack app, connected integrations, documents, tasks, automations, APIs, and related services. In these Terms, "Remi," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Remi service.
By accessing or using Remi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Remi on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
If a signed order form, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, or other written agreement with us applies to your use of Remi, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Service
Remi is an AI operations agent for professional-services teams. With your authorization, Remi can connect to Slack, Google Workspace, documents, email, calendars, project tools, CRM systems, and other services to answer questions, prepare work, create documents, draft messages, route approvals, and perform tasks you request or configure.
Remi may be available through the Portal, Slack, email, mobile messaging, browser sessions, APIs, or other supported surfaces. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, integrations, and surfaces as the product develops.
3. Early Access And Beta Features
Some Remi features may be provided as Early Access, beta, preview, experimental, or pilot features. Those features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed without notice, rate-limited, or discontinued.
You should not rely on Early Access or beta features for production obligations unless a written agreement specifically says they are production-supported for your workspace.
4. Accounts And Workspace Administration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use Remi. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under accounts, tokens, sessions, and connected services you control.
Workspace administrators may configure Remi, connect or disconnect services, invite or remove users, manage permissions, review activity, and access workspace content as allowed by the Service and connected systems. If your account is provided by an organization, that organization may control your access and data within the workspace.
5. Customer Data And Permissions
You retain ownership of prompts, messages, files, documents, comments, approvals, integration data, and other content submitted to or generated through Remi for your workspace, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, troubleshoot, and operate Customer Data so we can provide, maintain, support, and improve user-facing Remi features. You are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, permissions, and lawful basis needed for data you submit, connect, share, or ask Remi to process.
We may use aggregated or de-identified usage, performance, and diagnostic information to improve Remi. We do not use your Customer Data to train generalized AI models unless you separately instruct or agree to that in writing.
Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or special-category data unless your plan and written agreement expressly allow that type of data and you have configured Remi accordingly.
6. Connected Services
Remi acts through permissions granted by you, your workspace, or a connected service. You are responsible for ensuring that connected accounts, files, channels, projects, and systems are authorized for the work you ask Remi to perform.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, availability, and data practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their products, APIs, scopes, pricing, or access controls.
7. AI Outputs And Agentic Actions
Remi uses AI models, retrieval systems, and tools. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sending them, publishing them, or using them to make decisions.
When you approve an action or enable autonomous, scheduled, or agentic behavior, you authorize Remi to act within the configured scope. You remain responsible for monitoring results, reviewing receipts and audit trails, and disabling or narrowing features that do not behave as intended.
As between you and Remi, you may use outputs generated for your workspace subject to these Terms and applicable law. Similar prompts or shared context may produce similar outputs for other users, and outputs may not be unique.
Remi is not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use Remi for high-risk applications where a failure could cause death, personal injury, unlawful discrimination, loss of essential services, or serious financial, legal, or safety harm.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Remi to:
- violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules;
- send spam, phishing, deceptive, or unauthorized communications;
- harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully surveil anyone;
- generate malware, exploit systems, bypass security, or gain unauthorized access;
- scrape, exfiltrate, or expose data you are not authorized to access;
- build competing models or services by copying Remi, its outputs, or its workflows;
- remove safeguards, rate limits, approval gates, audit trails, or tenant boundaries;
- misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is required.
- use Remi where doing so would violate export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or contact appropriate authorities where warranted.
9. Plans, Fees, And Usage Limits
Remi may be offered through Early Access, trials, pilots, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, credits, or custom agreements. Plans, fees, usage limits, included features, renewal terms, and support levels may vary by workspace or agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plans, prices, feature availability, model routing, and usage limits prospectively.
10. Remi IP And Feedback
Remi, including our software, designs, workflows, prompts, documentation, models of interaction, trademarks, and service names, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Remi under these Terms.
You may not copy, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Remi except to the extent applicable law allows. If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other party. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only to exercise rights or perform obligations under these Terms.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law after reasonable notice when legally permitted.
12. Privacy And Security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data, but no system is perfectly secure.
You are responsible for configuring workspace permissions, connected services, user access, and approval settings appropriate for your organization.
13. Suspension And Termination
You may stop using Remi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if your use creates risk for Remi or others, if you violate these Terms, if payment is overdue, or if a third-party service or platform requires us to act.
After termination, your right to use Remi ends. We may retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy, your order form, or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Disclaimers, Liability, And Indemnity
Remi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts paid to us for Remi in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your Customer Data, your connected services, your misuse of Remi, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes And Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available at remi.new/terms, and the date above shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
